1. SIGNING UP:

NO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. If you want to change your name you will have to ask for permission to do so. (Contact TechDawg)

If caught using multiple accounts/names the one with the fewest posts will be removed.
1.1 The first time you break this law, you will receive a five (5) day ban.
1.2 If it happens again, you will be given a one (1) month Ban.
1.3 If it Happens a 3rd Time you will receive a Permanent Ban

If caught Impersonating someone, that account will be removed and your normal account will receive a ban
1.4 The first time you break this law, you will receive a seven (7) day Ban.
1.6 If it happens again, you will be given a one (1) month Ban.
1.7 If it Happens a 3rd Time you will receive a Permanent Ban
1.8 If you have forgotten your user name or password then use the "Forgot my password" choice at sign in.

2. GENERAL POSTING RULES:

2.1 No "Flaming": Please do not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten, flame or cause any type of insult to another member or guest. This includes usless SPAM

* Minor Flaming
The first time you break this law, you will receive a two (2) day Ban.
If it happens again, you will be given a one (1) week Ban.
If it Happens a 3rd Time you will receive a Permanent Ban

Major Flaming
The first time you break this law, you will receive a five (5) day Ban.
If it happens again, you will be given a one (1) month Ban.
If it Happens a 3rd Time you will receive a Permanent Ban

2.2 No "Trolling": Please do not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony of this board. Don't create meaningless threads with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. This includes messages in profiles and signatures.
2.3 No "Spamming": Please do not double post or cross-post the same message in multiple forums. You will not post for the sake of increasing your post count or hack count.
2.4 No "Bumping": Please do not bump your request/help searching or other threads several times a day. Remember there are people who don't browse this board every hour. To put into simpler terms,just DON'T DO IT
2.5 No "Piracy": No Posts or links to illegal hacks, cracks, warez, torrents or other questionable material. Questionable material will ultimately be decided by the Staff. You may not get a waring, so post wisely.

2.6 No "PORN": No Offensive Posts, Links or Images: Please do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise violative of any local or international laws. Yes this does include most Curse words so please refrain. This includes links in your signature, profile, bookmarks as well as posted images, photos and avatars. Staff will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not. Posting any material of an adult nature( porn, links to porn, or child porn of any kind) Will result in and immediate Permanent Ban. No questions asked, no warning. Your warning is right here, DON'T DO IT.

2.6 No 'Happy Birthday threads': We do not allow the posting off happy birthday threads within the forum this is basically any thread the is meant to or does wish happy birthday to a member. The reason being is that is it nothing but spam, so please ether post in the sticky in general or pm the person. Violation will result in a short 2 day ban for spamming.

3. SELF-PROMOTION:

Please do not post any messages anywhere on this site that are primarily for the promotion or advertising of any website, forums, email address, business, MLM, activity, or other entities that you have an affiliation with (ie. no self-promotion). (Excepting, of course, the allowed use of a link in your personal signature to a site which you own. This link must NOT be a member leeching invitation!)

If Caught advertising One's own Site or Forum in a Thread
The first time you break this law, you will receive a five (5) day Ban.
If it happens again, you will be given a one (1) month Ban.
If it Happens a 3rd Time you will receive a Permanent Ban

4. SIGNATURES & AVATARS:

Having Multiple and LARGE Images in your signature places a heavy load on the server, causes LAG, and decreases overall user ability to load pages quickly, thus resulting in a lessened level of enjoyment overall. Please read and adhere to the following signature restrictions, which overall I would consider quite generous.

4.1 Content restrictions: You may have a link to a website in which you are the Owner or Administrator, but there must be no promotional language like "Best Hosting" or "Cheapest Styles". Paypal and affiliate links are NOT permitted.
4.2 Do not include an embedded movie into your Signature. They take up too much space and cause the forum to look cluttered.
4.3 Signatures & Avatars MAY NOT CONTAIN ANY offensive language or images. Offending material will be removed by mgmt and the user shall be warned. (Only Once!)
4.4 If your Avatar is found offensive (this is ultimately decided by Staff), then we reserve the right to replace your offensive avatar with the Site One (Shown Below)
4.5 Signatures Have a MAX SIZE LIMIT of 600x200 (600pixels-wide x 200pixels-high) and a MAX IMAGE SIZE LIMIT of 400x125. Please see the example shown below.

There are to be NO MORE than 4 images per signature. This includes, but is not limited too all userbars, signature pictures, and any image of any kind. You may NOT have a 400 X125 Signature Picture, and a 350 X 19 userbar, the must both fit within 400 X 125.

The 'MAX SIZE LIMIT' includes all text, all images, links and expanded 'Hidden
The management reserves the right to edit signatures if this restriction is not adhered to.
Infractions will be given for offenders not adhering to this policy.

5. VIDEO RULES:

5.1 Do not post a new video if it has not been processed and is not ready to be viewed.
5.2 To go along with this, if someone does post a thread and the movie hasn’t processed yet, do not comment on that thread, wait for it to finish uploading or report it to a moderator.
5.3 Do not take peoples videos and call them your own!! You will be caught very easily and it is stupid to try in the first place.
When caught plagiarizing another's video
5.4 The first time you break this law, you will receive a five (5) day Ban.
5.5 If it happens again, you will be given a one (1) month Ban.
5.6 If it Happens a 3rd Time you will receive a Permanent Ban


6. PRIVATE MESSAGES (PM)

6.1 Members are permitted to contact each other via the Private Messenger system; however IRTL Staff reserves the right to disable this function to any member who abuses the system, or uses it to send any advertising, porn, or unwanted message and/or images. If you are a victim of this, report it to a Moderator or Administrator immediately.

7. REPUTATION:

7.1 Do no ask for someone to rep you. This includes any posts, threads, and any link you may have in your signature.
7.2 No 'selling' or 'trading' rep points (Ex. "I'll rep you if you rep me")
7.3 If you own a shop then you are allowed to ask for rep for your products.

8. PLAGIARISM:

8.1 DON'T DO IT!
8.2 If you would like to post content or information found on another site, or elsewhere within this site, please credit the original author. If the original author is unknown, please state that the work is not your own, but the author is 'unknown'. USE QUOTES!
8.3 Content such as links to other games and content in the OFF-TOPIC section is not considered plagiarism.

9. OVERVIEW:

While these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
